The making of my “Wire and nails project”

Here is a short video that shows the making of some artworks related to my “Wire and nails project”. I create figurative reliefs with iron thread and nails, using hammer and pincers. The first artwork with this technique was made in 1998 when I was working on some Egon Schiele’s drawings. In the Gallery section called “IRON” you can find some pictures of similar finished work as “Il Pasto”. These artworks are extremely changeable cause the characters I give rise to change their physiognomy if you move the light point, arising shade illusions and distorted images.
